摘 要:以桐油酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等为共聚单体,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸钠为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,采用乳液聚合法合成桐油改性苯丙乳液。探讨了桐油酸、乳化剂与引发剂的用量以及反应温度和时间对单体转化率的影响。采用正交试验得到的最佳合成工艺为:m(桐油酸)∶m(苯乙烯)∶m(丙烯酸酯)=1.2∶22.0∶20.0,乳化剂质量分数5.0%,引发剂质量分数0.6%,反应温度85℃,滴加反应时间2 h,保温时间2 h,此条件下单体转化率可达98.3%。相比未加入桐油酸的涂料,桐油改性苯丙涂料的综合性能更好。A tung-oil-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized via emulsion polymerization with tung oil acid,styrene,and acrylate as monomers initiated by potassium persulfate/sodium sulfite and emulsified by sodium dodecyl sulfate/nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.The effects of the amounts of tung oil acid,emulsifier,and initiator,as well as reaction temperature and time on monomer conversion rate were discussed.The optimal synthetic conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows:tung oil acid/styrene/acrylate mass ratio 1.2∶22.0∶20.0,emulsifier 5.0wt.%,initiator 0.6wt.%,reaction temperature 85℃,reaction time 2 h,and heat preservation time 2 h.The monomer conversion rate thereunder could reach 98.3%.The tung-oil-modified styreneacrylic emulsion coating has better comprehensive properties as compared with the unmodified one.
