摘 要:试验旨在研究不同日粮对育肥羔羊的产肉性能、胴体品质和复胃发育的影响,为羔羊育肥和优质羔羊肉的生产提供技术参考。试验采用单因子随机分组设计,将80只2.5月龄16 kg左右蒙系断奶公羔按体重分为两组,每组40只羔羊,在同一羊舍分栏饲喂,预试期15 d,试验期153 d。试验组羔羊饲喂精粗比为66.50.33.50的自制全混合日粮,对照组羔羊饲喂全精料日粮(养殖户自配日粮)。试验结束后对体重大的60只羔羊(30只/组)进行屠宰,测定其产肉性能和复胃发育指标。结果显示,对照组育肥羔羊的干物质采食量极显著高于试验组(P<0.01),但经济效益低于试验组28.44元/只;两组的产肉性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),但对照组的GR值和尾重高于试验组,去尾屠宰率和后腿肉重低于试验组;试验组瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃的各项发育指标和胃重量指数均高于对照组,皱胃则低于对照组,但两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,适宜精粗比的全混合日粮符合育肥羔羊消化特点,育肥效益好;用全精料日粮育肥羔羊,采食量大,营养过剩,生产的羔羊肉脂肪多,在一定程度上影响羔羊的胴体品质及胴体分割加工利用率。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different ration types on meat performance,carcass quality and complex stomach development of fattening lambs,so as to provide technical reference for lamb fattening and production of high-quality lamb meat.A single factor randomized design was used in the experiment.80 Mongolian weaning male lambs aged 2.5 months and about 16 kg were divided into two groups according to their weight,with 40 lambs in each group.The experimental period includes 15 d of adaptation and 153 d of trial period.The lambs in the experimental group were fed with self-made full mixed ration with a concentration-roughage ratios of 66.50:33.50,while the lambs in the control group were fed with raisers made full concentrate ration.At the end of the experiment,60 lambs(30 lambs per group) of high weight were slaughtered to determine the meat performance and complex stomach development index.The results showed that the dry matter intake of lambs in control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.01),but the economic benefit was lower than that in the experimental group by 28.44 yuan per lamb;There was no significant difference in meat performance between the two groups(P>0.05),but the GR value and tail weight in the control group were higher than those of the experimental group,and the slaughter rate of tail-removed and the weight of hind leg meat were lower than those of the experimental group;The development indexes and gastric weight index of the rumen,reticulum and omasum in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while the abomasum in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It can be seen that the fattening lambs with the full mixed ration with suitable concentration-roughage ratios accords with its digestive characteristics and has good fattening effect;fattening lambs with the full concentrate ration has large feed intake,excessi
