摘  要:木薯茎叶具有重要的青贮饲料价值,为了满足目前木薯茎叶青贮饲料机械化收获需求,文章针对自走式木薯茎叶青贮饲料收获机的切碎性能开展试验研究,分析了切碎装置转速与木薯茎叶切碎长度合格率的关系,构建了多项式回归数学模型,明确了最佳木薯茎叶切碎长度合格率的切碎装置转速为1 272.5 r/min,并通过试验检验了最佳切碎装置转速的可靠性,结果表明,切碎长度合格率平均值为95.49%,与理论值的相对误差为2.56%,优化结果可靠。该收获机切碎性能达到国家标准要求,满足木薯茎叶青贮饲料机械化收获作业要求,最佳切碎长度合格率的切碎装置转速可为其田间作业参数提供参考。The cassava stems and leaves have important silage value. In order to meet the currented mechanized harvesting needs of cassava stems and leaves silage, this paper conducted an experimental study on the chopping performance of the self-propelled cassava stems and leaves silage harvester. The relationship between the speed of the chopping device and the qualified rate of cassava stems and leaves chopping length was analyzed, and a polynomial regression mathematical model was constructed. The speed of the chopping device with the qualified rate of the best cassava stems and leaves chopping length was 1 272.5 r/min, and the reliability of the speed of the optimal chopping device was verified through experiments. The results showed that the average value of qualified rate of the chopped length was 95.49%,the relative error from the theoretical value was 2.56%, and the optimization result was reliable. The chopping performance of the harvester meets the requirements of national standards and meets the requirements of cassava stem and leaf silage mechanized harvesting operations. The speed of the chopping device with the best chopping length pass rate could provide reference for its field operation parameters.
