摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查,数据分析,汇总地方工作汇报等方式获取数据,对当前我国卫生行政审批事项下放/承接情况进行了分析并得出结论。总体上,我国卫生行政审批权下放后的落实和衔接工作措施有力,能够确保各项审批事项有序开展,但仍存在审管衔接不畅,信息化平台建设滞后、法律法规跟进缓慢、信用体系建设滞后等问题。通过分析当前卫生行政审批事项下放/承接现状,为下一步卫生行政审批与监督执法协同对策研究提供支持,并为实现卫生行政许可的精细化管理,促进与卫生监督工作的有效衔接提供依据。Through questionnaire surveys,data analysis,and summary of local work reports,this paper analyzes the current decentralization/undertaking situation of health administrative approval items in China.On the whole,the implementation and connection measures after the decentralization of health administrative examination and approval authority in China are powerful,which can ensure the orderly progress of various approval items,but there are still some problems,such as the poor connection of approval and management,the lag of information platform construction,the slow follow-up of laws and regulations,and the lag of credit system construction.By analyzing the current situation of decentralization/undertaking of health administrative approval items,it can provide support for the next step in the study of coordinated countermeasures for health administrative approval and supervision and law enforcement,and provide a basis for achieving fine management of health administrative licenses and promoting effective connection with health supervision.
