摘　　要：为贯彻落实党的十九大“实施健康中国战略”构建集中、专业、高效的监管体系的要求,2019年扬州市卫生监督所以项目化管理为抓手,实现了卫生监督效能的提升。本文阐述了扬州市卫生监督项目化管理的举措、项目的探索实践经验和取得的阶段性成果,以期对构建集中、专业、高效的监管体系,实现卫生监督事业高质量发展提供借鉴。In order to implement the requirements of constructing a centralized,professional and efficient supervision system of"Carrying out the Healthy China Initiative"in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Yangzhou Health Supervision Institute focused on project-based management,achieved the improvement of health supervision efficiency.This paper expounded the measures,practical experience and achievements of project-based management in Yangzhou Health Supervision Institute,in order to provide reference for the construction of centralized,professional and efficient supervision system and the realization of high-quality development of health supervision.
