太原市22家医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌效果在线监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果,推进在线监测技术在卫生监督执法中的应用。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取太原市3个辖区内22家医疗机构进行连续5个月的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果在线监测。结果22个监测点的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器在线监测合格率为90.3%;随着时间的变化,监测点的监测数据合格率基本呈上升趋势;不同类型监测点监测结果(合格率)的差别有统计学意义(χ^(2)=202.187,P<0.001)。结论小型压力蒸汽灭菌效果在线监测的开展提升了医疗机构规范灭菌能力和传染病防控意识,同时有助于卫生监督执法效能得到进一步提高。Objective To understand the sterilization effect of small pressure steam sterilizers and promote the application of on-line monitoring technology in health supervision.Methods 22 medical institutions in 3 districts of Taiyuan were selected to monitor for 5 months.Results The qualified rate of on-line monitoring of small pressure steam sterilizers at 22 monitoring points was 90.3%.With the change of time,the qualified rate of monitoring data was on the rise.The difference of monitoring results(qualified rate)between different types of monitoring points was statistically significant(χ^(2)=202.187,P<0.001).Conclusion The on-line monitoring of the sterilization effect of small pressure steam improved the standard sterilization ability and the consciousness of prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions,and further improved the efficiency of health supervision and law enforcement.
