摘　　要：目的通过对江苏省2017—2019年卫生健康国家随机监督抽查结果的分析,查找存在的问题,为卫生健康国家随机监督抽查工作的开展提出建议。方法从地区和专业两个角度进行分析2017—2019年江苏省卫生健康国家随机监督抽查任务完成情况和案件查办情况。结果2017—2019年江苏省卫生健康国家随机监督抽查任务完成率主要受公共场所专业关闭率的影响,各地市国家随机监督抽查任务完成率呈上升趋势。2017—2019年,各地市国家随机监督抽查工作来源的案件数量增长明显,且均有统计学差异;职业卫生、餐饮具消毒服务单位等专业的案件率较高。结论根据卫生监督各专业的风险预警级别,合理化国家随机监督抽查工作的抽取规则。加强信息系统的互联互通。Objective To find out the existing problems and put forward suggestions for the development of"double random"spot inspection of health supervision by analyzing the associated data in Jiangsu Province from 2017 to 2019.Methods The task completion and case situation of the"double random"spot inspection of health supervision in Jiangsu Province from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed from the regional and supervision professional perspectives.Results From 2017 to 2019 in Jiangsu Province,the completion rate of"double random"task for health supervision was mainly affected by the closure rate of public places,and the completion rate of"double random"task in each region was on the rise.From 2017 to 2019,the number of cases from"double random"spot inspection increased significantly in each region,with statistical significance.The rates of case in occupational health and tableware disinfection service unit were higher than other supervision professions.Conclusion According to the risk warning level of each health supervision profession,"double random"extraction rules should be rationally formulated.The interconnection of the information system should be strengthened.
