摘　　要：目的通过对山西省太原市迎泽区2015—2019年5年间卫生监督投诉举报案件的汇总和分析,为进一步提高基层卫生监督执法办案能力和监管重点提供科学方法和对策。方法收集整理太原市迎泽区2015—2019年度受理的277起卫生监督投诉举报案件,运用Excel 2007进行汇总和分析。结果2015—2019年5年的投诉举报案件主要集中在公共场所、医疗卫生、无证行医及生活饮用水领域,特别是无证行医,占全部案件总数的55%。结论投诉举报为基层卫生监督执法提供案件线索,是卫生行政执法查处案件的重要来源。指出投诉举报内容涉及生活诸多方面,相关领域监管力度仍需加大。Objective To provide scientific strategies for crucial aspects in governance and improve the ability to handle cases of the primary health inspection agencies,health inspection associated complaints and reported cases during 2015—2019 in Yingze district,Taiyuan,Shanxi were summarized and analyzed.Methods A total of 277 health inspection associated complaints and reported cases accepted during 2015—2019 in Yingze district were collected and have been summarized and analyzed through Excel 2007.Results Cases of complaints and reports were mostly concentrated in professional fields including public places,medical area,unlicensed medical practice,and drinking water.In particular,55%of cases were focused on unlicensed medical practice.Discussion Public could safeguard their legal rights and upload complaints and reports through multiple and simple ways.Conclusion and cases reports provided clues for the law enforcement of primary health inspection agencies,which are the important sources of investigation and handling of cases in hygienic administrative enforcement.The complaints and reported cases were involved in many aspects of life.Thus,the regulation in these fields still needs to be stepped up.
