摘  要:为了解决设计优化滤波器耗时多、效率低、反射差的问题,提出一种基于矩量法优化滤波器的方法,采用非对称结构改善滤波器反射性能。该方法在版图中建模,然后在ADS中进行仿真优化,最后在HFSS软件中验证与微调,极大地提高了效率。用这种方法设计优化并且制作了一种非对称结构的七阶平行耦合微带线带通滤波器。测量结果为:中心频率4.86 GHz,通带带宽1.2 dB,通带插入损耗小于1.2 dB,端口反射损耗大于25 dB,3.4 GHz以下和6.2 GHz以上的阻带衰减均大于50 dB。测量结果与设计相吻合。To solve the problems of time-wasting,low efficiency and poor reflection in designing and optimizing filters,a method was proposed to optimize the filters,which is based on momentum.An asymmetric structure was adopted to improve the reflection performance of filters.In this method,the model was built in layout,which was simulated and optimized in advanced design system(ADS)and then verified and corrected in high frequency structure simulator(HFSS).The results indicate that the method can greatly improve the efficiency.A seventh-order parallel coupled microstrip line bandpass filter with asymmetric structure was designed and optimized by this method.The measured results show that the central frequency is 4.86 GHz with bandwidth of 1.2 GHz,in-band insertion loss of 1.2 dB,port reflection loss of>25 dB,and attenuation of>50 dB outside the band from 3.4 GHz to 6.2 GHz.The measurement results are consistent with the design.
