摘 要:依托高桩码头轨道梁粘贴钢板加固项目,分析加固后5 a内的2次空鼓率实测结果,确定了恶劣海洋环境下粘贴钢板与轨道梁共同工作的有效时间宜为3 a,应每年对轨道梁加固钢板进行除锈处理,粘贴钢板法对加固轨道梁侧面的适用性较差,加固使用5 a后轨道梁向陆侧空鼓率的增长较向海侧快。Relying on the project of bonding steel plate to strengthen track beam of high-piled wharf,the measured results of two hollowing rate within 5 years after reinforcement were analyzed,and the effective time for the bonding steel plate and track beam to work together in harsh marine environment was determined to be 3 years.The steel plate of the track beam should be derusted every year.The applicability of bonding steel plate method to strengthen the side of track beam was poor.After 5 years of reinforcement,the hollowing rate of track beam to the land side increases faster than to the sea side.
