摘  要:为揭示天然气管道事故致因与灾变演化模式,防止天然气管道重大事故发生,结合欧洲与国内天然气管道最新数据报道,对天然气管道事故致因类型和变化特征进行分析,采用灾变链式理论构建天然气管道重大事故灾变模型,研究天然气管道事故演化过程,划分管道事故灾变阶段并提取关键演变环节。通过实际案例对天然气管道链式灾变模型进行论证分析,依据管道事故致因类型探讨天然气管道重大事故管控策略。结果表明,第三方破坏和腐蚀老化是天然气管道泄漏事故的主要致因,加强第三方施工管理、完善法律法规体系、制定合理的监管和隐患排查制度、提高管道耐腐蚀性是减少天然气管道事故的关键。In order to reveal the causes and evolution model of natural gas pipeline accidents,and prevent the occurrence of major natural gas pipeline accidents,the types of natural gas accident causation and variation characteristics are analyzed based on recent reports of natural gas pipeline accidents in Europe and China.Subsequently,the catastrophe chain theory is used to construct the chain model of natural gas pipeline accident,the accident process of natural gas pipeline is investigated to clarify the accident evolution stage and find the critical causation.Catastrophic chain model of natural gas pipeline is demonstrated and analyzed through actual cases,and the management strategy of major accidents is discussed based on the types of pipeline accident causes.The results show that third-party damage and corrosion aging are the main causes of natural gas pipeline leakage accidents.Some safety measures,e.g.strengthening third-party construction management,perfecting laws and regulations,formulating reasonable supervision and hidden danger investigation systems,and improving pipeline corrosion resistance can contribute to reduce the occurrence of natural gas pipeline accidents.
