摘 要:为提高埕岛油田海上自升式平台插桩稳定性,通过试验模拟了平台的插桩、作业和拔桩三个过程,以明确反复插拔桩造成的粉土和粉质黏土等地基土破坏形式、状态、强度丧失与恢复过程。反复插拔桩对地层的影响为:在平面距离桩靴中心1.6D(D为桩靴直径)范围内,扰动程度最高可达40%;沿深度方向土体的扰动程度在1.8D深度范围内基本不变,桩坑底部中心土体被压密,强度提升约40%。试验研究获取了贯入力和起拔力在初次和二次插拔桩全过程中的整体变化规律,为海上自升式移动平台稳定性计算提供依据,保障了平台插桩就位安全。In order to improve the stability of pile insertion on the offshore jack-up platform of Chengdao Oilfield,the three processes of pile insertion,operation and pile pullout of the platform are simulated through experiments.And the damage form,state,strength loss,and recovery process of foundation soil such as silt and silty clay caused by repeated insertion and pullout of piles are clarified.The effect of repeated insertion and pullout of piles on the stratum is studied,that is,the plane influence range is about 1.6D(D is the diameter of the pile shoe)from the center of the pile shoe,and the degree of disturbance can be up to 40%;the degree of disturbance of the soil along the depth direction is basically unchanged in the depth range of 1.8 D.At the bottom of the pile pit,the central soil body is compacted and the strength is increased by about 40%.The variation law of penetrating force and pulling force is obtained during the whole process of primary and secondary insertion and pullout of the pile.The experimental research provides a basis for the calculation of the stability of offshore jack-up mobile platform and ensures the safety of the platform’s pile insertion.
