摘 要:针对油田目前常用的穿孔管配水均匀性问题,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对过滤罐穿孔管布水系统进行了三维流场数值模拟分析。首先以T型三通管模型实验为验证对象,明确了近壁面无量纲壁面高度y+对阻力计算结果的影响,确定了合适的数值求解方法。基于所验证的方法,对穿孔管布水系统进行了不同流量下的数值模拟,给出了布水特性,并从流场结构的角度分析局部流量不均匀的主要原因。研究结果表明:当采用RNGk-ε模型且y+在30左右时,可保证不同工况下的阻力计算结果均与实验吻合良好;穿孔管布水不均的孔眼主要出现在与配水干管两端相连的配水支管上,且主要由干管两端的大尺度漩涡及回流现象所引起;反冲洗流量对穿孔管系统本身的布水均匀性无明显影响。In order to study the problem of water distribution uniformity of perforated pipe in oil field,the three-dimensional flow field of water distribution system of perforated pipe in filter tank is numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.Firstly,this paper takes a model test of T-type pipe as the object of simulation validation,the influence of dimensionless wall height y+on the calculated results is clarified,and the appropriate numerical simulation methods are determined.Based on the validated method,the numerical simulations of the perforated pipe water distribution system under different flow rates are carried out,the water distribution characteristics are obtained,and the main reasons for the nonuniform flow rates are analyzed from the perspective of flow field structure.The results show that when the RNG K-εmodel is used and the y+is about 30,the calculated results under different working conditions are in good agreement with the experimental results.The nonuniform distribution of water in the perforated pipe mainly occurs in the branch pipe connected with both ends of the main distribution pipe and is mainly caused by the large-scale whirlpool and backflow phenomenon at both ends of the main distribution pipe.The backwash flow rate has no obvious effect on the water distribution uniformity of the perforated pipe system itself.
