摘 要:为优选大幅度提高三类油层采收率技术,对注入井和采油井进行了化学检测,明确化学剂分析规律,并开展了喇北东块高Ⅱ1-18油层弱碱三元复合驱现场试验,2020年10月试验进入三元副段塞阶段。三元复合驱体系在地下运移过程中,受到多种因素影响,导致聚合物、碱、表面活性剂发生色谱分离,最终转移到采出端口。因为转移消耗时间不同,采出化学剂检测的浓度系数有很大差异。现场试验表明:试验区采出液中最先检测到聚合物,之后检测到碱,最后检测到表面活性剂,检测到聚合物时的化学剂注入体积与检测到碱时的化学剂注入体积相差0.07 PV,检测到碱时的化学剂注入体积与检测到表面活性剂时的注入化学剂体积相差0.14 PV,并且各种化学剂采出浓度差异明显。通过对注采井取样监测,分析化学剂浓度的分布规律,可进一步指导三元复合驱配方设计和方案调整,为进一步提高三元驱采收率提供技术支持。In order to optimize the technology that can greatly enhance oil recovery of classⅢreservoir,the chemical detection is carried out on the injection well and production well to clarify the chemical agent distribution law,and the field test of weak alkali ASP flooding is carried out in GaoⅡ1-18 reservoir in Labei-East Block.In October 2020,the test entered the phase of ASP subsidiary slug.The ASP flooding system is affected by a variety of factors during underground migration,which leads to chromatographic separation of polymer,alkali and surfactant,finally,it moves to the production port.Because the migration time consumed is different,the concentration coefficient of the produced chemicals detected by this method is also very different.Field tests show that polymer is detected first,followed by alkali,and finally surfactant is detected in the produced fluid from the test site.The difference between the injection volume of chemical agent when the polymer was detected and that of alkali was detected is 0.07 PV.The difference between the injection volume of chemical agent when alkali was detected and that of surfactant is 0.14 PV.And the concentration difference of various chemical agents is obvious.Sampling and monitoring the injection and production wells and analyzing the distribution law of chemical agent concentration can further guide the formulation design and program adjustment of ASP flooding,and provide technical support for further enhancing the EOR of ASP flooding.
