摘　　要：目的研究皮肤再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)应用于下肢创伤复杂创面治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的6例下肢创伤复杂创面患者,采用MEBT/MEBO技术进行治疗,对治疗后创面的愈合情况进行采集整理。结果 6例患者创面均可见明显愈合,愈合时间为4~8周,平均(6.67±1.89)周;随访时间8~12周,平均(10.67±1.89)周,5例患者创面实现愈合,1例愈合显效;其中有1例患者存在创面挛缩,其他患者皮肤功能等预后效果均接近正常皮肤,所有患者皮肤均伴有不同程度的色素沉着。结论 MEBT/MEBO治疗下肢创伤复杂创面,可以在一定程度上促进创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect on the treatment of post-traumatic wound in lower extremity by moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment(MEBT/MEBO).Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with post-traumatic wound in their lower extremity who were cured by MEBT/MEBO from January 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The data about wounds healing after treatment were collected.Results All of these 6 patients were healed obviously and the mean time of it was(6.67±1.89)weeks(4-8 weeks),the average of time followed-up was(10.67±1.89)weeks(8-12 weeks).There were 5 patients gotten healed and 1 patient healed effectively.One of them had scar contracture and the others had a good function that were similar to the normal skin.All patients'skin had different degrees of pigmentation.Conclusion As a kind of treatments for complicated post-traumatic wound in lower extremity,it would be worthy of clinical application for MEBT/MEBO to promote wounds healing and relieve patients'pain in a certain extent.
