摘　　要：目的分析早泄行复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗并配合早泄训练的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年5月本院收治的282例早泄患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗并配合早泄训练。比较治疗前后夫妻双方性满意评分、IELT、CIPE等指标情况及临床疗效。结果所有患者中脱落12例,其他270例治疗总有效率为为94.07%(254/270),无效16例(5.93%)。治疗后,夫妻双方性满意评分、IELT、CIPE等指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者社会、情绪、生理、躯体等功能评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早泄行复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗并配合早泄训练的疗效确切,既可改善患者临床症状和性生活满意率,又可提升患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods The clinical data of 282 patients with premature ejaculation in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with sertraline hydrochloride and premature ejaculation training.The sexual satisfaction score,IELT,CIPE and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results In all patients,12 cases fell off,the other 270 cases,the total effective rate was 94.07%(254/270),16 cases were invalid(5.93%).After treatment,the sexual satisfaction score,IELT and CIPE were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of social,emotional,physiological and physical functions of the patients after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with sertraline hydrochloride and premature ejaculation training is definite.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms and satisfaction rate of sexual life,but also improve the quality of life.
