胆结石患者治疗中微创保胆取石术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察比较胆结石患者治疗中采取微创保胆取石术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的胆结石患者80例,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察组采用微创保胆取石术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、下床活动时间和并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创保胆取石术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术均能有效清除胆结石,但微创保胆取石术手术时间更短,术中出血量更低,且术后患者康复更快,术后并发症发生率更低,对于清除胆结石,缩短康复进程,改善预后效果明显,可在胆结石的临床治疗中推广使用。Objective To observe and compare the effect of minimally invasive cholelithiasis and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,80 patients with gallstones addmitted to our hospital were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number expression method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive choledocholithotomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,time of getting out of bed and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,activity time out of bed and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive choledocholithotomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively remove gallstones,but minimally invasive choledocholithotomy has shorter operation time,lower intraoperative bleeding,faster postoperative recovery and lower incidence of postoperative complications.It can be widely used in the clinical treatment of gallstones.
