元胡止痛亲水凝胶缓释片稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的:以元胡止痛亲水凝胶缓释片中延胡索的累积溶出百分率为指标,采用强化实验(高温、高湿、强光)等影响因素对元胡止痛缓释片的稳定性进行考察,探究其贮藏方式。方法:以延胡索乙素的累积溶出百分率及含量为指标,在高温、高湿、强光等影响因素下,考察各个因素对元胡止痛亲水凝胶骨架片稳定性的影响。结果:与0 d比较,高温、强光对元胡止痛亲水凝胶缓释片各项指标影响基本不大,但在高湿条件下,增加了缓释片的重量,但对其溶出度及含量影响并无差异。结论:元胡止痛亲水凝胶缓释片应密闭进行贮藏,防止受潮。Objective:To investigate the stability of Yuanhuzhitong sustained release tablets and explore their storage methods by taking the cumulative dissolution percentage of Yanhuzhitong from yuanhuzhitong hydrophilic gel tablets as the index and using enhanced experiments(high temperature,high humidity,strong light)and other influencing factors.Methods:Under the influence of high temperature,high humidity and strong light,the cumulative dissolution percentage and content of Tetrahydrophilic rhizoma corydalis were used as indexes to investigate the influence of various factors on the stability of yuanhuzhitong hydrophilic gel matrix tablets.Results:Compared with 0 days,high temperature and strong light had little effect on various indexes of yuanhuzhitong hydrophilic hydrogel sustained release tablets,but under high humidity conditions,the weight of the sustained release tablets was increased,but the dissolution and content of the tablets were not different.Conclusion:Yuanhuzhitong hydrophilic gel sustained release tablets should be stored in a sealed container to prevent moisture exposure.
