摘  要:随着人们生活水平的提高,对于织物的要求不断变高,织物的防水性能已经成为当代研究的热点。本文对在一种涤纶纤维的表面涂敷了一种防水的涂层,将长链碳烷基嫁接作为有机硅的侧链,首先我们通过控制浸渍时间、焙烘温度和焙烘时间来确定整理工艺,然后通过引入三氟丙基对防水涂层进行改性处理。通过红外光谱,扫描电镜测试等手段表征了材料的结构与形貌,再通过喷淋测试和接触角测试,研究了有机硅通过氟代化合物的掺杂后的防水性能。实验结果显示:织物被改性后,防水等级为4级,接触角为142°,通过氟代有机硅改性的织物比未改性的织物接触角提升了4°,防水等级为5级。With the improvement of people's living standard,the requirement of fabric becomes higher and higher,and the waterproof property of fabric has become the hot spot of contemporary research.In this paper,a waterproof coating was applied on the surface of a polyester fiber,and long-chain carbon alkyl grafting was used as the side chain of silicone.Firstly,finishing process was determined by controlling the soaking time,baking temperature and baking time,and then the waterproof coating was modified by introducing trifluoropropyl.The structure and morphology of the material were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and then the waterproof property of organosilicon doped with fluorinated compounds was studied by spray test and contact Angle test.The experimental results show that the modified fabric has a waterproof level of 4 and a contact Angle of 142°,and the contact Angle of the fabric modified by fluorosilicon is 4°higher than that of the unmodified fabric,and the waterproof level is 5.
