摘  要:冬季的渤海湾气温非常低,为满足抗结冰和生产工艺温度要求,需要对海洋石油平台上的许多管线和设备进行电伴热和保温,本文主要介绍了平台电伴热系统的构成和施工检验方法,并结合自己的工作经验总结了自调控电伴热带报检中常见短路、断路、绝缘低等故障点位置的判断方法,此方法配合编制的手机APP使用,可以有效减少修复时的保温拆除工作,提高电伴热修复的效率和效益。The temperature in Bohai Bay is very low in winter.In order to meet the requirements of anti-icing and production process temperature,it is necessary to carry out electric heat tracing and insulation of many pipelines and equipment on offshore oil platform.This paper mainly introduces the composition and construction inspection methods of the platform electric heating system,and sums up the judgement methods of common fault points such as short circuit,open circuit and low insulation in inspection of the heating belt.These methods cooperating with the APP can effectively reduce the insulation removing work during restoration of the heating belt and improve the efficiency and benefit of repair.
