摘  要:针对某油田技术研究院废水特点,分别采用电催化氧化试验、臭氧催化氧化试验及生物氧化试验对废水进行处理,并对三种试验结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明采用“混凝沉淀+增效膜生物反应器(IMBR)”组合工艺对某研究院实验室废水处理效果最好,实验废水经该工艺处理后,最终产水COD去除率最高可达到97%,当进水COD≤661 mg/L时,出水COD可降至50 mg/L以下。试验结果表明,“混凝沉淀+增效膜生物反应器(IMBR)”组合工艺可满足实验废水处理要求。According to the characteristics waste water from Oilfield Technology Institute.Electric catalytic oxidation experiment,ozone catalytic oxidation and biological oxidation test were employed to deal with waste water.Three testing ways were analyzed.The results showed that waste water treated by combined process of"Chemical coagulation+Efficiency of membrane bioreactor(IMBR)"was the best treatment method.Experimental results indicate that 97%COD can be removed in this process.The effluent COD was less than 50 mg/L with the influent COD less than 661 mg/L.The experimental results showed that integrated process of"Chemical coagulation+Efficiency of membrane bioreactor(IMBR)"can meet the requirements of the experimental wastewater.
