摘  要:利用微型双螺杆挤出机将耐高温半受阻酚抗氧剂GA-80通过熔融共混与聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、热失重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪和X射线光电子能谱仪研究GA-80对PPS基复合材料的形态结构、结晶行为、热氧稳定性、氧化诱导温度和表面元素变化的影响。结果表明,GA-80与PPS基体存在较好的相容性,可在基体中均匀分散且无明显团聚;随着GA-80含量的提高,其对PPS结晶行为的影响从抑制结晶转为促进结晶,结晶温度和结晶度先降低后升高,过冷度先升高后降低;GA-80的引入可提高PPS基体的热氧稳定性,氧化诱导温度随着抗氧剂GA-80含量的增加而升高,当GA-80的含量为5%时,PPS基复合材料的氧化诱导温度比纯PPS提高了19.4℃;GA-80的添加可限制PPS大分子链中S元素与环境中O元素的结合,抑制砜基的形成,消除PPS氧化产生的自由基,进而提高PPS的耐氧化性。Aiming at the oxidation characteristics of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS),a high temperature antioxidant GA-80 was used to compound with PPS by melt blending with a micro twin-screw extruder.The effect of GA-80 on the mor-phology,crystallization behavior,thermo-oxygen stability,dynamic oxidation induced temperature and surface element changes of PPS was investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimeter and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.The results indicated that GA-80 had good compatibility with the PPS matrix and could be homogeneously dispersed in the matrix without obvious agglomeration.The effect of GA-80 on crystallization changed from inhibition to promotion with an increase in the content of GA-80.The crystallization temperature and crys-tallinity decreased at first and then tended to increase,whereas the degree of supercooling presented an opposite variation trend.The addition of GA-80 improved the thermal-oxygen stability of PPS,and the dynamic oxidation induced temperature of PPS increased with an increase in the content of GA-80.When the content of GA-80 was 5.0 wt%,the dynamic oxidation induced temperature increased by 19.4℃compared to pure PPS.Moreover,GA-80 could inhibit the combination of S and O elements from the PPS macromolecular chains and environment,respectively,and it could also eliminate the free radicals to improve oxidation resistance.
