摘　　要：EB(Epstein-Barr)病毒属于人类疱疹病毒第4型,是一种噬人类B淋巴细胞的DNA病毒。多在幼儿期感染,一旦感染后可在人体B淋巴细胞建立潜伏性感染,感染后可终生携带病毒。EBV感染机制是复杂的,目前尚不明确,感染后体征、症状的多元化和不典型病例给临床诊治带来了一定的难题,本研究就EB病毒的致病机制、EB病毒相关疾病、检测方法的研究进展做一综述。Epstein-Barr(EB)virus belong to human herpes virus type 4,is a kind of DNA virus that swallow human B lymphocyte.Most patients infected with this kind of virus in early childhood,it could establish latent infection in human B lymphocytes once infected,even carry the virus for whole life process.Mechanism of EBV infection is complex,it is not clear,the diversity of signs and symptoms after infection and atypical cases for clinical diagnosis and treatment has brought certain problems.In this paper,the research progress of pathogenic mechanism,related diseases,and detection method of EB virus were reviewed.
