摘　　要：通过对城市物流产业规划情况的分析,结合对物流产业发展客观规律的研究,构建了产业贡献值和地区吸引力的双向指标评价模型,用于在城市或物流园区的规划中筛选未来发展的重点业态,实现更加科学的规划建设。并将该评价方法应用于潢川县大别山多式联运物流园规划中,取得了不错的效果。In this paper,through analyzing the current status of urban logistics industrial planning,in connection with the study of the objective laws of the logistics industry,we constructed a two-way index evaluation model of industrial contribution value and regional attractiveness,which is then used in urban planning or the planning of logistics parks to isolate the key business modes for future development and realize more scientific planning and construction.Next,we applied the evaluation method to the planning of the multimodal logistics park in Dabie Mountain,Huangchuan County,which yielded good results.
