摘  要:近些年来,电化学除磷工艺日益兴起,通过构建电化学除磷工艺中去除率的影响因素模型,分析了工艺运行条件与去除效果的相关关系,在此基础上对工艺运行条件进行了优化设计。模型分析结果表明:电化学除磷系统中的除磷反应符合二级反应关系;磷酸盐去除率与停留时间、极板间距和电流密度等运行参数有关。试验结果表明,磷酸盐去除率随着停留时间的延长而增大,停留时间的拐点可表达为:t=[L/(7.25×10^(-5)kJ)]^(0.5);随着极板间距的增大,磷酸盐去除率随之下降,极板间距的拐点可表达为L=3.63×10^(-5)kJt^(2);电流密度与去除率成正相关关系,依据磷酸盐出水浓度C=C_0exp(-1.45×10^(-4)k Jt^(2)/L)模型控制电流密度可以实现特定的磷酸盐去除率。研究成果揭示了电化学除磷工艺运行条件对运行效果的作用规律,为工艺的设计运行提供了理论依据。In recent years,electrochemical phosphorus removal technology has become increasingly popular.Influencing factor model of the removal efficiency in electrochemical phosphorus removal system was established,the correlation between operational conditions and removal effect was analyzed,and based on this,the operational conditions were optimized.The mathematical indicated the dephosphorization reaction in electrochemical phosphorus system accorded with the relationship of secondary reaction.Phosphate removal efficiency was related to operational conditions such as detention time,plate spacing and current density.The experimental results revealed that the phosphate removal efficiency increased with the extension of detention time and the inflection point of detention time can be expressed as t=[L/(7.25×10^(-5) kJ)]^(0.5).Along with the increase of plate spacing,the phosphate removal rate gradually decreased,and the inflection point of plate spacing can be expressed as L=3.63×10^(-5)kJt^(2).The current density was positively correlated with the phosphate removal efficiency.Specific phosphate removal rate could be achieved by controlling the current density according to the model of phosphate effluent concentration:C=C0exp(-1.45×10^(-4) kJt^(2)/L).The results reveal the operational conditions on the operating effect in electrochemical phosphate removal system and provide a theoretical basis for the design and operation.
