摘  要:针对河北省某购物中心原餐饮废水处理设施处理能力不足,出水污染物不达标等问题,在原废水处理设施基础上进行优化改造工程。设计处理能力为30 m^(3)/d,采用预处理系统+AO-MBR一体化处理工艺。实际运行结果显示,该整改工程出水稳定,主要污染物COD_(Cr)、SS、动植物油、NH_(3)-N和TN的平均去除率分别为95.2%、96.7%、97.8%、73.5%和78.1%,均可稳定达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)B级标准,废水处理成本约为1.12元/m^(3),具有良好的综合经济效益。For a food and beverage dept of a shopping center in Hebei Province,the oil separation tanks have unsatisfactory effect for food and beverage wastewater treatment,with insufficient separation capacity,which result that the effluent does not meet discharge standards.To solve this,a pretreatment system+AO-MBR integrated treatment process is adopted to upgrade and renovate the original wastewater treatment facilities.The designed treatment capacity is 30 m^(3)/d.The actual operation results show that after optimization and transformation,the effluent is stable and the average removal rates of COD,SS,animal and vegetable oil,NH_(3)-N and TN are 95.2%,96.7%,97.8%,73.5%,78.08%,respectively.All of them can meet Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge Into Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962—2015,Grade B Standard).The cost of wastewater treatment is about 1.12 yuan/m^(3),which has good comprehensive economic benefits.
