摘 要:针对石油S135钻杆漏磁检测精度低的问题,文中提出了一种基于SOPC的石油S135钻杆漏磁自动化检测系统。采用超声波检测方法可以快速实现纵向与横向缺陷的匹配,并通过传感器采集漏磁信号,在上位机显示漏磁缺陷信息。系统整体硬件部分由SOPC模块、AGC模块、超声波发收模块、功率放大模块、温度补偿电路模块组成;软件部分主要由数据采集模块、数据计算、显示模块组成,其结果由TFT-LCD显示。系统测试结果表明,此系统可以精准检测石油S135钻杆的漏磁现象,具备在线升级功能,具有良好的应用前景。In view of the low accuracy of magnetic flux leakage detection of S135 drill pipe,this paper proposes an automatic magnetic flux leakage detection system based on SOPC.By using the ultrasonic detection method,the longitudinal and transverse defects can be matched quickly,and the magnetic flux leakage signal can be collected by the sensor,and the information of magnetic flux leakage defect can be displayed on the upper computer.The whole hardware part of the system consists of SOPC module,AGC module,ultrasonic transmitting and receiving module,power amplification module,and temperature compensation circuit module;the software part mainly consists of data acquisition module,data calculation module and display module,and the results are displayed by TFT⁃LCD.The test results show that the system can accurately detect the magnetic flux leakage of S135 drill pipe,and has the function of online upgrading,which has a good application prospect.
