摘 要:针对目前实验室氙灯电源系统干扰大、市电点燃安全性低的问题,设计了实验室氙灯电源系统。该系统的供电系统采用半桥式开关电源,利用脉宽调制芯片SG3525设计了一款大电流低电压的氙灯开关电源,同时针对氙灯高压触发点燃的特点,设计改进氙灯的触发电路系统,实现直流低压对氙灯的启辉,提高安全性。改造后的实验室氙灯系统实现单一开关电源工作,无需外加交流触发模块。通过具体实验的方法,测量开关电源的效率为85%,启辉模块电路稳定,整个氙灯电源系统性能优异。The power supply system of Xenon lamp in laboratory is designed,for solve the problems of large interference and low safety of power supply system of Xenon lamp in laboratory.The power supply system adopts half⁃bridge switching power supply,and the Xenon lamp switching power supply with high current and low voltage is designed by using pulse width modulation chip SG3525.At the same time,according to the characteristics of ignition of Xenon lamp,the trigger circuit system of Xenon lamp is designed and improved to realize the glow of DC low voltage to Xenon lamp and improve its safety.The modified laboratory Xenon lamp system realizes the work of a single switching power supply without additional AC trigger module.Through the specific experimental method,the efficiency of the measuring switching power supply is 85%,the circuit of the ignite module is stable,and the performance of the whole Xenon lamp power supply system is excellent.
