摘  要:角度编码设备是转台类天线完成位置闭环,实现精确指向的关键设备,该设备输出角度的质量对于系统位置控制功能和系统指向精度以及空间目标的角度测量至关重要。角度跳码对于位置控制属于严重故障,需要借助评估预测技术进行提前告警。该文对使用多极旋变作为编码设备的高精度编码器的编码原理进行了分析,分析了粗支路采样数据与精支路采样数据进行编码的方法,提出了以精码支路和粗码支路的相位差作为角度跳码的特征量,并以此为基础通过对64级对数的多极旋变精粗组合编码过程的监测,分析相位的变化来进行角度跳变的评估和预警,最后在现有编码器硬件设计的基础上,提出了软件模块的设计植入方法。为工程应用提供了一种低成本、易实现且高效的方案。The angle coding equipment is the key equipment for the antenna with rotary table to complete the position closed⁃loop and realize accurate pointing.The quality of the output Angle of the equipment is very important for the position control function of the system and the pointing accuracy of the system as well as the angle measurement of the space target.The angle hopping code is a serious fault for the position control,so it is necessary to warn in advance with the help of evaluation and prediction technology.In this paper,the coding principle of high⁃precision encoders using multi⁃pole resolver as the coding equipment is analyzed,the coding method of sampling data of coarse code and fine code is analyzed,and the phase difference of fine code and coarse code is proposed as the characteristic quantity of angle skip monitoring.On this basis,the evaluation and prognostic of warning method of angle hopping is carried out by monitoring the multi⁃pole resolver fine and coarse combination coding process of 64 logarithms and analyzing the phase change.Finally,based on the existing encoder hardware design,the design and implantation method of software module is proposed.Through the analysis of actual data and engineering application,this method provides a low cost,easy to implement and efficient scheme for engineering application.
