摘 要:背景:研究发现,在骨关节炎的病理进展中,细胞焦亡参与其中并发挥作用。目的:了解当前细胞焦亡在骨关节炎中的最新研究进展,并探讨他们的关系,为骨关节炎的研究和诊疗提供新的靶点。方法:从CNKI、万方数据、维普、ScienceDirect、Nature、Springer、PubMed等数据库进行相关文献的检索。中文检索词:骨关节炎、细胞焦亡、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3、核因子κB、半胱天冬酶、白细胞介素、gasdermin D;英文检索词:osteoarthritis(OA),pyroptosis,nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),caspase,interleukin(IL),gasdermin D(GSDMD)。从被检索出的文献中根据入选标准进行筛选,最终纳入相关文献61篇。结果与结论:细胞焦亡与骨关节炎中的软骨降解、炎症反应和滑膜的破坏等都有一定的关系。在细胞焦亡激活过程中,所涉及到的一些蛋白和细胞因子均存在差异性表达,如NLRs、caspases、白细胞介素和GSDMD等,虽然已有研究显示它们与骨关节炎的病理发展存在着一定的关系,但其在骨关节炎中的作用机制还未完全了解。BACKGROUND: Recently, it has been discovered that pyroptosis is involved and plays a role in the pathological progress of osteoarthritis. OBJECTIVE: To understand the latest research progress in the role of cell pyroptosis in osteoarthritis, and to explore their relationship, so as to provide a newtarget for the research, diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.METHODS: Relevant literatures were retrieved from databases such as CNKI, WanFang, VIP, ScienceDirect, Nature, Springer, and PubMed. The Chinese andEnglish search terms included osteoarthritis (OA), pyroptosis, nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3), nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB), caspase, interleukin (IL), and gasdermin D (GSDMD). According to the inclusion criteria, 61 relevant literatures were included for further analysis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Pyroptosis is certainly related to the degradation of cartilage, inflammation, and synovial damage in osteoarthritis. Some proteinsand cytokines involved in the activation of pyroptosis activation are differentially expressed, such as NLRs, caspases, interleukins and GSDMD. Althoughthese proteins and cytokines are known to be involved in the pathological progress of osteoarthritis, their mechanism underlying osteoarthritis has not beencompletely understood.
