摘　　要：巨幼细胞性贫血(Megaloblastic anemia,MA)是红细胞呈巨幼样改变的一种贫血。当巨幼细胞贫血合并地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血和慢性贫血时,会影响巨幼细胞贫血患者的血细胞典型形态改变,患者可能会出现正常细胞性贫血甚至小细胞性贫血,其临床表现多样,容易出现漏诊与误诊。本文对非大细胞性巨幼细胞贫血的流行病学、血液学、某些生化和临床表现及实验室诊断方法进行了综述。Megaloblastic anemia(MA)is an anemia characterized by Megaloblastic changes in red blood cells.When macrophage anemia is combined with thalassemia,iron deficiency anemia and chronic anemia,the morphology of blood cells in patients with megaloblastic anemia may change.The clinical manifestation is diverse and the patients may have normal or even small-cell anemia.Currently,limited understanding of the clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods of non-large-cell MA may lead to difficulties in diagnosis.This paper reviews the epidemiology,hematology,some bio⁃chemical and clinical manifestations,laboratory diagnostic methods of non-macrocytic megaloblastic anemia,etc.
