冠心病患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平的检验及与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨检测冠心病患者血清中Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)和hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)水平及与患者颈动脉中膜厚度的相关性研究。方法选择2019年3月—2020年3月本院收治的60例冠心病患者作为观察组[29例患者存在稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、31例患者存在不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)],另选择同一时期在本院健康体检者60名作为对照组。检测两组受检者血清中Hcy和hs-CRP的水平,并进行冠脉造影检查,采用超声检查测量其颈动脉内中膜厚度,分析颈动脉中膜厚度与血清Hcy和hs-CRP及冠心病病发相关性。结果观察组血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平指标均高于对照组;两组受检者当IMT≥1.0 mm,IMT<1.0 mm时,血清中Hcy和hs-CRP水平比较,观察组显均著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平与颈动脉中膜厚度及冠心病病发率呈正相关,血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平指标水平越高,颈动脉中膜越厚,冠心病病发越高。Objective To investigate the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive reactive protein(HS-CRP)levels in patients with coronary heart disease and it correlation with carotid artery thickness.Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease those admitted to our hospital during March 2019 and March 2020 were enrolled as observation group,among which 29 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),and 31 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Another 60 case of healthy people those received health examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.The serum Hcy and HS-CRP levels of the two groups of subjects were tested.The carotid artery thickness was measured by ultrasound,and the correlation between the thickness of the carotid artery and serum Hcy,HS-CRP and incidence of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results Serum Hcy and HS-CRP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.When IMT≥1.0mm and IMT<1.0mm,serum Hcy and HS-CRP levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum Hcy and HS-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease were positively correlated with carotid artery thickness and incidence of coronary heart disease.The higher the serum Hcy and HS-CRP levels,the thicker the carotid artery membrane is,the higher the incidence of coronary heart disease is.
