摘　　要：目的以杭州市新冠肺炎疫情防控卫生监管现状为研究对象,探讨和总结防控措施、经验及对应的策略。方法收集杭州市新冠肺炎疫情防控卫生执法监督基本信息,研究当前卫生防控执法监督工作面临的挑战和对策,探讨提高卫生防控执法效率的方法。结果随着新冠肺炎疫情的变化及经济社会的发展,卫生防控执法工作虽然取得阶段性的成果,但面临着行政机构体制改革、疫情不断发展变化、防控执法要求高、促进复工复学任务紧迫等较多挑战。结论应加强突发事件新冠肺炎疫情防控卫生执法监督问题对策研究,在突发事件应对、依法行政、队伍建设、创新管理、信息化建设上开展针对性提升,全面推动突发事件应对中卫生执法监督工作高质量开展。Objective To investigate the current situation of COVID-19 epidmic prevention and control,to explore and summarize the main measures,experience and corresponding strategies of health supervision and law-enforcement during prevention and control. Methods This paper researches the basic information of health supervision for COVID-19 pre⁃vention and control in Hangzhou, and study the current challenges and countermeasures for the health supervision and tofind a method to improve the efficiency of health law-enforcement. Results Although the health supervision and law-en⁃forcement has achieved phased results, the changes of epidemic situation, the development of economy and society, the re⁃form of administrative system, the high requirements of law enforcement, and the urgent task of promoting the resumption ofwork and school bring more challenges that supervisors have to face. Conclusion Measures must be taken to enhance ourabilities of team building and intelligent system. Also, innovating of our methods, theory and countermeasures to promotehealth supervision is necessary.
