摘 要:总结了国内炼油尤其是重油加工方面的现状及发展困境,介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司开发的STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢技术以及50 kt/a工业示范装置运行状况;应对传统固定床渣油加氢技术存在的原料适应性不足及运转周期短的现状,开发了沸腾床-固定床(简称复合床)组合加氢技术,并在实验室内进行中试试验及长周期寿命试验。结果表明:残炭14.2%,(Ni+V)质量分数128.9μg/g的劣质原料经复合床技术处理后,加氢重油可以满足催化裂化的进料要求;在8500 h的长周期试验中,复合床加氢重油硫质量分数保持在0.5%左右,残炭保持在5.5%~6.0%,(Ni+V)质量分数维持在15μg/g以下,复合床技术表现出较好的稳定性。Status and development dilemma of heavy oil upgrading were summarized,and STRONG ebullated bed hydrogenation technology developed by SINOPEC and 50 kt/a demonstration unit were introduced.In order to improve adaptability of feedstock of fixed bed technology and increase its service life,integrated technology of ebullated bed and fixed bed was invented,and pilot test and stability test were carried out in the lab.Vacuum residue with carbon residue of 14.2%and(Ni+V)content of 128.9μg/g processed by integrated technology could satisfy the need of FCC unit.During the stability test of 8500 h,the sulfur content of atmospheric residue(>350℃)acquired from integrated technology remained 0.5%,carbon residue remained 5.5%~6.0%,and the(Ni+V)content was below 15μg/g.The integrated technology showed high stability.
