摘 要:中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司东区10 kt/a硫磺回收装置克劳斯系统频繁出现堵塞问题,切炉频率较高,严重影响装置正常运行。分析发现堵塞物为SiO_(2),酸性水汽提装置的酸性气是引起堵塞的主要原因,确定了催化裂化装置的外购原料油是硅的最终来源。通过对外购原料油中的硅进行严格控制,将高硅和无硅原料油进行调合,降低原料中的硅含量,进装置酸性水中硅质量分数由540.0μg/g降低到0.5μg/g,克劳斯系统的堵塞情况得到明显改善,切炉频次大大降低,由原来的最短12 d切换一次变成72 d切换一次。对原料进行优化,少采购或不采购含硅原料油,该装置的克劳斯系统没有发生堵塞现象,装置运行稳定。Blockage occurred frequently in Claus system of 10 kt/a sulfur recovery unit in the eastern region of CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..High switching frequency of Clause furnace severely affected the normal operation.It was found that the blockage was SiO_(2),and acid gas from the sour water stripper was the main cause of the blockage.It was confirmed that the feedstock purchased outside for FCC unit was the final source of silicon.By strictly controlling the silicon content of the feedstock purchased outside,blending high-silicon and silicone-free feedstock,the silicon content of the feedstock reduced,and the silicon content in the sour water of the unit reduced from 540.0μg/g to 0.5μg/g.Thus the blockage of Claus system was obviously improved,and the switching frequency reduced greatly,from once every 12 days to once every 72 days.By optimizing the feedstock and purchasing less feedstock containing silicon,the blockage in Claus system of the unit was reduced,and the operation of the unit was stable.
