摘 要:为进一步提升超长冲程抽油机规模应用效益,开展了不同运行参数下举升效果现场试验。该抽油机调参灵活简单,可在控制柜内直接调节冲程、上行绳速、下行绳速、上等待时间及下等待时间等运行参数,从而使工作状态发生改变。在相同冲程及冲次条件下,测量某井在不同绳速及不同等待时间下的日产液量及日耗电量,现场试验数据结果表明,提高超长冲程抽油机的冲次及上行绳速、延长下等待时间,会使泵效提高4.84%,系统效率提高2.28%。在保证井底流压处于合理状态下,增大超长冲程抽油机的冲次、上行绳速及下等待时间,系统效率会进一步提高0.28%,使其举升效果提高,进一步优化节能。In order to further improve the scale application benefits of ultra-long stroke pumping units,field tests on lifting effects under different operating parameters were carried out.The operation parameters of the pumping unit,such as stroke,up rope speed,down rope speed,up waiting time and down waiting time,can be adjusted directly in the control cabinet,so that the working state can be changed.Under the same stroke and stroke speed,the daily liquid output and daily power consumption of a well were measured at different rope speeds and different waiting times.The field test results show that increasing the stroke speed and up-line speed of the ultralong stroke pumping unit and prolonging the lower waiting time can increase the pump efficiency by 4.84%and the system efficiency by 2.28%.Under the condition of ensuring the bottom hole flow pressure in a reasonable state,the system efficiency can be further improved by 0.28%by increasing the stroke speed,up-line speed and down-waiting time of the ultra-long stroke pumping unit,so that the lifting effect can be improved and energy saving can be further optimized.
