摘 要:稠油的流动性差,黏度大,稠油举升工艺的关键问题是降黏、改善其流动性。某油田根据不同油藏的条件选择了多种降黏开采方式,逐步建立并形成了具有自己特点的稠油油藏水驱开采技术、热采技术以及地面节能配套工艺技术。介绍了油田举升工艺现状,分析了电热杆举升工艺、泵上掺热水降黏伴输举升工艺、空心杆热流体密闭循环加热举升工艺和化学剂降黏举升工艺等四种举升工艺存在的问题,以及稠油不同举升工艺试验应用情况,经研究分析,最后得出某油田大部分稠油井采取光油管化学滴加降黏工艺+少部分特别稠油井由电加热螺杆泵举升工艺的最佳稠油举升适用性工艺技术。Technology heavy oil has poor fluidity and high viscosity.The key problem of heavy oil lifting technology is to reduce viscosity and improve its fluidity.According to the conditions of different reservoirs,certain oilfield has selected many kinds of viscosity reduction production methods,and gradually established and formed its own characteristics of heavy oil reservoir water drive production technology,thermal production technology and surface energy-saving matching technology.This paper introduces the present situation of oil field lifting technology,analyzes the problems of four lifting technologies,such as electric heating rod lifting technology,pump mixing with hot water viscosity reduction and accompanying transportation lifting technology,hollow rod hot fluid closed circulation heating lifting technology and chemical agent viscosity reduction lifting technology,and the test application of different lifting technologies for heavy oil.After research and analysis,it is concluded that most heavy oil wells in certain oil field adopt light The best technology of heavy oil lifting applicability is chemical dropping and viscosity reducing technology of tubing+lifting technology of a few special heavy oil wells by electric heating screw pump.
