摘 要:实验结果显示,在常温环境下,反应器受温度影响较小。温度由35℃变为25℃时,出水COD浓度有所增加但不明显,COD去除效率及产气量有所降低但也不明显。在低温环境下,反应器处理效率大大降低,出水COD浓度大大增加、VFAs含量也急剧上升,COD去除效率及产气量下降显著,膜污染周期也缩短明显。但与普通厌氧反应器(厌氧流化床)进行对比,结果显示,流化床生物膜MBR反应器受温度影响程度较小于普通厌氧反应器的受温度影响程度。This study intends to use the fluidized bed biofilm MBR reactor to treat domestic sewage,to study the start-up,optimal operating temperature and the effect of temperature on the membrane pollution problem of the fluidized bed biofilm MBR reactor,in order to optimize Provide basis for upgrade.Experimental results show that under normal temperature environment,the reactor is less affected by temperature.When the temperature changed from 35℃to 25℃,the COD concentration of the fluent increased but was not obvious,and the COD removal efficiency and gas production decreased but not obvious.Under the low temperature environment,the treatment efficiency of the reactor is greatly reduced,the effluent COD concentration is greatly increased,the VFAs content is also sharply inereased,the COD removal efficiency and gas production are significantly reduced,and the membrane pollution cycle is also shortened significantly.However,compared with the ordinary anaerobic reactor(anaerobic fluidized bed),the results show that the fluidized bed biofilm MBR reactor is less affected by temperature than the ordinary anaerobic reactor.
