基于遥感监测的土地督察外业核查平台的研究与实现

摘　　要：为了解决传统土地督察采用"人眼看、实地查"等手段,获取督察信息相对滞后、核查信息存在虚假、土地违法违规现象严重等问题进一步提升土地督察能力,本文提出了基于遥感监测的技术手段,研究并搭建了土地督察外业核查平台。利用该平台可以及时发现问题和解决问题,提高了核查的效率和真实性,构建了一键式遥感监测业务处理流程,极大地提高了土地督察业务效率,全面提升了土地督察部门发现问题、分析问题、解决问题、研判形势等能力。In view of the traditional land inspectors using"human eyes,field investigation"and other means,the information of the inspectors is relatively lagging,the verification information is false,the land illegality is serious,and the land supervision ability is further improved.This paper proposes the technical means based on remote sensing monitoring.And realized the land inspection external inspection platform.Timely discovery and problem solving,improving the efficiency and authenticity of verification,and constructing a one-button remote sensing monitoring business processing process,greatly improving the efficiency of land inspection business.Comprehensively improve the ability of land inspectors to discover problems,analyze problems,solve problems,and judge situations.
