复方三酸散浸泡治疗足癣临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方三酸散浸泡治疗足癣的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年2月至2019年2月收治的足癣患者102例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组患者涂搽硝酸咪康唑乳膏,观察组患者给予复方三酸散加温水溶解后泡足,均治疗20 d。结果治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05);停药8周后,观察组总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的78.43%(P <0.05);观察组足癣真菌清除率为92.16%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(P <0.05);随访3个月后,两组患者健康促进生活方式量表各维度评分均较治疗前明显升高(P <0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论复方三酸散泡足治疗足癣有一定疗效,可改善患者的临床表现,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of feet soaking with Compound Sansuan Powder in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods A total of 102 patients with tinea pedis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group acording the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Miconazole Nitrate Cream,while the patients in the observation group were given soaking therapy with Compound Sansuan Powder in warm water.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After eight weeks of drug withdrawal,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 78.43%of the control group(P<0.05).The fungi clearance rate of tinea pedis in the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After three months of follow-up,the scores of each dimension of the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Feet soaking with Compound Sansuan Powder has a certain curative effect in the treatment of tinea pedis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
