五磨引子汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨五磨引子汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的支气管哮喘患者114例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各57例。两组患者均予支气管哮喘常规治疗,并口服苏黄止咳胶囊,观察组患者加用五磨引子汤。两组均连续治疗2周。结果观察组总有效率为89.47%,显著高于对照组的73.68%(P <0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中医证候(喘息、气促、胸闷、咳嗽)积分,CD8+细胞阳性率,血二氧化碳分压均显著低于对照组,CD3+和CD4+细胞阳性率、CD4+/CD8+及血氧分压、血氧饱和度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.79%比10.53%,P> 0.05)。结论五磨引子汤联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗支气管哮喘有一定疗效,能改善患者的中医证候、T淋巴细胞亚群水平和血气指标。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 114 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the conventional treatment of bronchial asthma and Suhuang Zhike Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Wumo Yinzi Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(wheezing,shortness of breath,chest tightness and cough),positive rate of CD8+cells and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the positive rates of CD3+and CD4+cells,CD4+/CD8+,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and saturation of oxygen(Sa O2)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(15.79%vs.10.53%,P>0.05).Conclusion Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the treatment of bronchial asthma have a certain curative effect,which can improve the TCM syndrome,T lymphocyte subsets and blood gas indexes.
