摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在1例妊娠期脑出血患者药学监护中的作用。方法临床药师从妊娠期脑出血患者治疗药物的选择、剂量确定、药物安全性评价、疗效评估等方面对其进行药学监护。结果与结论临床药师参与了预防癫痫、镇痛镇静、预防应激性溃疡、止吐、脱水等治疗药物的选择,协助医师解决了妊娠期患者的选药难题,降低了用药风险,为妊娠期患者的药学服务提供了思路。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care of a patient with intracerebral hemorrhage during pregnancy.Methods Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage during pregnancy from the selection of treatment drugs,dose determination,drug safety evaluation,efficacy evaluation and other aspects.Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participated in the selection of drugs for the prevention of epilepsy,analgesia and sedation,prevention of stress ulcer,antiemetic,dehydration and other treatments,assisted doctors to solve the problem of drug selection for patients during pregnancy,reduced the risk of medication,and provided ideas for pharmaceutical care for patients during pregnancy.
