崇启大桥钢管桩使用现状及防腐蚀效果评价

摘　　要：崇启大桥钢管桩投入使用以来,从未对钢管桩防腐蚀进行过系统的检测。通过钢管桩上挂片检测、阳极外观检查、阳极消耗量检测等来评价大桥钢管桩的使用现状及防腐蚀效果。结果表明,服役8年多后,崇启大桥的钢管桩被保护极好,牺牲阳极尚可使用50余年,其余阳极的剩余寿命基本达100年甚至200年以上。Since the steel pipe piles of Chongqi Bridge were put into use,there has never been a systematic inspection of the corrosion prevention of steel pipe piles.The current situation and anticorrosion effect of the steel pipe piles of the bridge are evaluated through the inspection of the hanging piece on the steel pipe pile,the appearance inspection of the anode,and the anode consumption inspection.The results show that after more than 8 years of service,the steel pipe piles of the Chongqi Bridge are well protected,the sacrificial anodes can still be used for more than 50 years,and the remaining life of the remaining anodes is basically 100 years or even more than 200 years.
