摘  要:为了获得良好的固化质量和可靠的烘干效果,涂装车间烘干室内需要优质的可靠的流场曲线,而进风口布置及喷嘴设置对烘干室内流场的影响至关重要。本文通过对比不同的进风口布置方式及是否设置喷嘴,阐述进风口布置及喷嘴设置对烘干室内流场的影响,从而选择最优的进风口及喷嘴布置方案。结果表明:大口径进风口采用"间隔式"布置,侧方和斜下方设置进风口,底部不设置进风口,各位置进风口均设置喷嘴,有利于获得最佳的气流流场分布。In order to obtain good curing quality and reliable drying effect,the drying oven of coating workshop needs high quality and reliable flow field curve,and the influence of the air supply inlet layout and nozzle setting on the air flow field of the drying oven is crucial.By comparing different air supply orifice arrangement and nozzle setting,the influence of air supply orifice arrangement and nozzle setting on air flow field in drying oven is expounded,and the optimal air supply inlet and nozzle arrangement scheme is selected.Large diameter air intakes are arranged with"interval"arrangement.Air intakes are set at the side and under the slope,and no air intakes are set at the bottom.Nozzles are set for air intakes at all positions.All of them are helpful to get the best distribution of airflow field.
