摘　　要：通过对一种真空翻板阀的测量、受力计算和数值分析,查找出阀门泄漏的原因,并通过理论计算获得阀板密封圈的硬度参数和压缩量,从而在理论上实现对泄漏的设计和控制,并提出了改进和优化方案。Through the measurement,force calculation and numerical analysis of a vacuum flap valve,the reason of the valve leakage is found out,and the hardness parameters and the compression amount of the valve plate seal are obtained through theoretical calculation,so as to realize the design and control of the leakage in theory.And appropriate improvements and optimization options are proposed.
