摘　　要：环形加热炉是我国轧钢领域的主要装备之一,近年来大修或炉底检修多次出现炉底浇注料烘烤爆裂现象,给生产带来一系列的影响。根据环形加热炉的运行特点并对烘炉工艺进行了研究和摸索。结果表明:以炉底浇注料作为烘炉主线,合理布置控温监测点,控制好低温烘烤,缩小炉腔温差,采用炉本体烧嘴进行烘炉或采用烘炉管进行前期预烘烤的两种方式,均能够保证环形加热炉耐火浇注料的有效烘烤,杜绝了浇注料烘烤爆裂现象。可靠、有效的烘炉工艺在环形加热炉领域有较好的推广价值。Annular heating furnace is one of the main equipments in the field of steel rolling in our country.In recent years,the baking burst phenomenon of castable at the bottom of the furnace has occurred many times during the overhaul or furnace bottom overhaul,which has brought a series of effects on the production.According to the operation characteristics of the annular heating furnace,the drying process is studied and explored.The results show that:Taking the bottom castable as the main line of oven drying,reasonably arranging the temperature control monitoring points,controlling the low-temperature baking,reducing the temperature difference in the oven cavity,both using the burner of the oven body for oven drying or using the oven tube for pre baking in the early stage can ensure the effective baking of the refractory castable of the annular heating furnace,and eliminate the baking burst phenomenon of the castable.Reliable and effective drying process is worth popularizing in the field of annular furnace.
