摘　　要：板状刚玉具有高纯、低碱、高强度、高抗热震、耐侵蚀、体积稳定性好和极小的重烧收缩等特点。采用板状刚玉为主原料,并引入特殊氧化铝微粉,研制出无水泥铝镁干式喷补料。因其卓越的耐用性能,不仅可延长钢包使用寿命,在某种程度上,可局部的或可全面的取代套浇并改变钢包的修护模式。这将对钢包不定形化带来革命性的变化。Tabular corundum are characterized by high purity,low alkali,high strength,high thermal shock resistance,erosion resistance,good volume stability and minimal refiring shrinkage.Using tabular corundum as the main raw material and introducing special alumina powder,the cementless alumina-magnesia dry gunning mix is developed.Due to its excellent durability,it can not only extend the service life of steel ladles,but also partially or comprehensively replace ladle casting and change the repair mode of steel ladles to some extent,which will bring a revolutionary change to the amorphous ladle.
