摘  要:以板状刚玉、氧化铝微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、减水剂等为原料,研究了水泥加入量对刚玉浇注料性能的影响。随着水泥量的增加,试验结果表明:(1)110℃处理后试样的气孔率逐渐降低,体积密度变化不大;中高温处理后,试样的显气孔率增加,体积密度降低;(2)中高温处理后,试样的抗折、耐压强度逐渐增大;(3)中高温处理后,试样的线变化率增大,其中经1450℃处理后的试样线变化率较高,经过1650℃处理后,试样的线变化率越来越小;(4)经中高温处理后,试样的狭缝宽度变窄,经过1450℃处理后,试样的狭缝宽度最窄。The effect of cement content on the properties of corundum castable was studied with tabular corundum, alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement and water reducing agent as raw materials.With the increase of cement content, the experimental results show that:(1)After 110 ℃ treatment, the porosity of the sample decreases gradually, and the bulk density changes little;after medium and high temperature treatment, the apparent porosity increases, and the bulk density decreases;(2)After medium and high temperature treatment, the flexural strength and compressive strength of the sample gradually increase;(3)After the medium and high temperature treatment, the linear change rate of the sample increases, among which the linear change rate of the sample after 1 450 ℃ treatment is higher, and the linear change rate of the sample after 1 650 ℃ treatment is smaller and smaller;(4)The slit width of the sample becomes narrower after medium and high temperature treatment, and the narrowest slit width of the sample after 1 450℃ treatment.
