摘  要:在完成连续波脉冲器减速器的初步设计后,需要对其进行分析和仿真,验证设计是否合理。利用SolidWorks软件建立减速器三维模型,运用有限元分析软件Simulation模拟减速器的实际工作状态,分析太阳轮的强度和疲劳,可以计算出太阳轮的安全性和寿命周期。利用运动分析软件Motion模拟减速器运动状态,可以计算出输入扭矩与功率等数据,随后与设计参数对比,检验设计参数是否合理。对减速器进行运动仿真,仿真结果与设计参数一致,说明设计能够满足使用要求。After completing the preliminary design of the continuous wave pulse reducer,it needs to be analyzed and simulated to verify whether the design is reasonable.Use SolidWorks software to establish a three-dimensional model of the reducer,and use the finite element analysis software Simulation to simulate the actual working state of the reducer,analyze the strength and fatigue of the sun gear,and calculate the safety and life cycle of the sun gear.Using the motion analysis software Motion to simulate the motion state of the reducer,data such as input torque and power can be calculated and compared with the design parameters to check whether the design parameters are reasonable.The motion simulation of the reducer is carried out,and the simulation results are consistent with the design parameters,indicating that the design can meet the requirements of use.
