摘 要:详细分析中小规格圆钢、螺纹钢轧辊的粗车数控程序编写方式,对相应编写的程序优劣进行对比。同时,针对其他编程方式存在的弊端,详细介绍了新编写的宏程序优势及使用方法。该组程序能粗加工任意组、任意切分、任意余量的中小规格孔型的轧辊,程序量小,灵活性高,生产效率高,直观明了,便于操作,实用性强。The programming method of the rough turning CNC program for small and medium-sized round steel and rebar rolls is analyzed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding programs are compared.At the same time,in view of the shortcomings of other programming methods,the advantages and usage of the newly written macro program are introduced in detail.This group of programs can rough-process any group,any splitting,any allowance of small and medium-sized rolls,with small program volume,high flexibility,high production efficiency,intuitiveness,easy operation,and strong practicability.
